Ingredients: GARLIC, TOMATO POWDER, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (MALTODEXTRIN, FOOD STARCH-MODIFIED AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR), BROWNULATED SUGAR (BROWN SUGAR, CANE CARAMEL COLOR), SEA SALT, LIME JUICE POWDER AND SPICES. 100% Kosher.

Chef's Recipe for Carne Adobado (Pork Red Chili): Use 1.5 pounds of pork chops, blade steaks or boneless pork ribs and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Simmer in pre-heated heavy skillet and brown. Pour off excess fat. Add spice mixture and 1/2 cup raisins, 3 large chopped tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour or until pork is very tender. Garnish with lime and serve with rice and tortillas.

Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
