Ingredients: lime peel, pepper, salt, citric acid, sugar, garlic, and spices. 100% Kosher.

Allergens: Does not contain any gluten, wheat, soy, milk, peanut, egg or tree nut ingredients.
Chef's Recipe for Florida Style Halibut: Perfect for halibut or other white fish. Clean the fish by running under cold water. Place fish in a clean baking dish with butter and lime juice on top. Sprinkle entire package of Lime Pepper over fish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 6 - 12 minutes until desired firmness is reached. Serve with pasta or rice and garnish with lime slice or wedge. Chef's Note: Best with Orange Roughy, Grouper, Halibut, Catfish, Salmon & Steaks!

Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.

    This spice mix has been my "go to" spice mix for several years now. It's good on fish, chicken, pork. It is especially great on salmon! The lime flavor is just right, not overpowering, and is compatible with non-lime marinades.

    I often pat this spice mix on the fish/meat and then marinate with salad dressing to help maintain moisture of the meat while grilling. I have used everything from avocado to citrus salad dressing for a marinade with the Lime Pepper Blend with good results.
