Ingredients: corn flake crumbs (milled corn, sugar, malt flavoring, salt, high fructose corn syrup, reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride [vitamin B], niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], folic acid, calcium pantothenate and riboflavin [vitamin B2], contains traces of soybeans), salt, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, fructose, and spices. 100% Kosher.

Chef's Recipe for Bayou Breaded Catfish: Place Cajun Catfish Rub in pie plate. Soak 2 filets of catfish, redfish, cod, or rockfish in milk. Remove filets from milk and dredge or coat the filet by placing the filet in the seasoning. Turn and thoroughly coat fish with the breading. Pour oil into frying pan and heat to 350 degrees on medium high heat. When oil is ready, dip seasoned filets into oil and cook until done. Turn filet at least once. Serve with dirty rice.

Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
