Ingredients: PANKO CRUMBS (BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, DEXTROSE, YEAST, SALT), SALT, RICE VINEGAR POWDER (MALTODEXTRIN, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, RICE VINEGAR), GARLIC, BLACK SESAME SEED, BROWN SUGAR, BASIL, CHILI POWDER, CILANTRO, CORIANDER AND SPICES. 100% Kosher.

Allergens: Contains gluten and/or soy

Chef's Recipe for Hong Kong Fried Fish: 

Dip 2 - 4oz sections of fish into flour of your choice. Dip flour coated fish into 1-2 thoroughly mixed eggs. In a hot skillet heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil to 35 degrees. While this is heating dip battered fish into Asian Panko Breading mix and coat well.  Dip into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Turn and repeat. Serve with vegetables and salad.

Additional Chef's Notes: 

This panko blend is also excellent on pork chops, shrimp, and chicken!  Try baking or frying.



Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
