Use one seasoning packet for 1 to 1 1.2 lbs.salmon.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Season salmon fillets or steaks with entire packet of Molasses BBQ Glaze, coating both sides of fish liberally. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on preheated grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with grilled corn on the cob and mixed greens tossed with a lemon vinaigrette. Enjoy!
