Chef's Recipe for Salmon

Entire contents of panko packet will generously cover 1lb of salmon (2lbs if leaving the skin on one side)

Preheat oven to 400°F· Empty entire contents of panko packet into a shallow container

Place salmon filets in panko seasoning, skin side up, and coat the salmon evenly and thoroughly

Place skin side down on baking sheet coated lightly with cooking oil

Bake for 10 mins or until desired done-ness is achieved and minimum internal temperature is 145º

Let stand uncovered 5-10 mins to crisp
Alternate cooking method – You can also pan fry the salmon filets in a skillet filled with ¼" layer of cooking oil; fry until crispy golden brown.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
