Chef's Recipe: For four whole trout or salmon filets: run fish through fresh water and place in aluminum foil or baker's parchment. Place butter and lemon slices inside fish cavity. Sprinkle entire fish inside and out with seasoning. Bake at 35 degrees for 12 - 18 minutes depending on your preference. Serve with rice. Garnish with fresh thyme.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.

Oh my gosh, I love this stuff! I bought it in San Antonio, Texas and am so sad I can't find it in Vernal, Utah now that I've moved here. I'm excited to find it online because I'm almost out and I NEED more! -

This is really great seasoning for salmon. I haven't tried it in Trout yet, but a friend of mine swears by it.
The spices are fresh and come in attractive packages. I gave them away at Christmas time as little extras.

The best spice for fish I have ever bought, no annoying sugary taste! I use it not only for salmon but for all my broiled fish.
