Ingredients: PANKO BREAD CRUMBS (WHEAT FLOUR, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, SEA SALT, YEAST), MOLASSES (REFINERS' SYRUP, CANE MOLASSES, CANE CARAMEL COLOR), SALT, BLACK PEPPER, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (MALTODEXTRIN, FOOD STARCH-MODIFIED AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR), HICKORY SMOKE POWDER (MALTODEXTRIN, NATURAL HICKORY SMOKE FLAVORING, HYDRATED SILICON DIOXIDE).

Allergens: CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT.

Chef's Recipe for Salmon

  • Entire contents of panko packet will generously cover 1lb of salmon (2lbs if leaving the skin on one side)

  • Preheat oven to 400°F· Empty entire contents of panko packet   into a shallow container

  • Place salmon filets in panko seasoning,   skin side up, and coat the salmon   evenly and thoroughly

  • Place skin side down on baking sheet   coated lightly with cooking oil

  • Bake for 10 mins or until desired  done-ness is achieved and minimum   internal temperature is 145º

  • Let stand uncovered 5-10 mins to crisp

Alternate cooking method – You can also pan fry the salmon filets in a skillet filled with ¼" layer of cooking oil; fry until crispy golden brown.



Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
