Chef's Recipe for Rockin' Guac
- 3 avocados
- 1 package Colorado Spice Rockin' Guac Mix
- Your favorite dippers (cut veggies, tortilla chips, etc.)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
CUT three ripe avocados in half, remove pits, scoop out pulp and place in mixing bowl. ADD entire contents of spice packet to avocados. MASH to desired consistency making sure that the spices are thoroughly mixed. SERVE with tortilla chips, tacos, on burgers or as a dip for vegetables. Best served at room temperature and eaten within 2 hours of preparation.
VARIATION for Guac Recipe:
Add 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 cup chopped tomatoes to guacamole before serving.
Chef's Recipe for Rockin' Veggie Dip
Mix entire contents of Colorado Spice Rockin' Guac Mix package with 16 oz. plain yogurt. Chill and serve with cut vegetables, chips or any of your favorite dippers.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
