Chef's Recipe for Tuscan Prime Rib: Using a 4 to 6 pound prime rib roast, place fat side up (bone-in ribs are on the bottom). Season generously with the entire package of Prime Rib and Roast Rub, and cover the entire top of the roast (you may substitute any roast meat cut!). Bake at 350F. Using a meat thermometer, check on the internal temperature of the roast every 20 minutes - A medium-rare roast will be produced when the temperature reaches 150F. Let stand for five minutes before carving. Serve with asparagus spears and baked or mashed potatoes.
